200 gram pasta
2 anda
1 chhota pyaaz, chopped
2 lahsun ke tukde
1 chhota tamatar, chopped
Namak, swad anusar
Kali mirch, swad anusar
2 tablespoon tel
Method:
Sabse pehle ek bartan me pani garam karein aur usme thoda sa namak dale. Pasta ko is pani me ubalein aur use tab tak pakayein jab tak ki pasta sakht nahi ho jata. Pasta ko strain karke rakh dein.
Ek kadhai me tel garam karein aur usme pyaaz aur lahsun ko daal kar halka sa bhunein.
Ab tamatar ko isme shamil karein aur use pakne dein. Tamatar gal jaane ke baad usme namak aur kali mirch daal kar milayein.
Anda ko alag se ek bartan me phodein aur thoda sa namak aur kali mirch daal kar milayein.
Ab kadhai me pasta ko shamil karein aur acchi tarah se milayein.
Ab isme phode hue anda ko daal kar acchi tarah se milayein aur dhimi aanch par 2-3 minute tak pakne dein.
