9 – Ab isamen doodh daalen tatha phlem ko tej karake ise lagaataar chalaate rahen jab tak ki isamen ubaal na aa jaye.
10 – Jab sabjee mein ubaal aa jae tab tab phlem ko halka kar den tatha dhak kar 5 se 7 minat tak pakaye.
11 – isake baad isamen thoda sa kata hua hara dhaniya daalenge tatha acche se mix karenge.
