Aaj main aapke sath Kesari Recipe share karne ja rahi hun. Kesari ek popular Indian dessert hai, jisko aamtaur par festivals aur special occasions par banaya jata hai. Is dessert ko banane ke liye kuch simple ingredients ki jarurat hoti hai aur iska swad bahut hi mitha aur laziz hota hai.
Ingredients
1 cup sooji (semolina)
1 cup sugar
4 cups water
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Few strands of saffron (kesar)
Nuts for garnishing (optional)
Instructions
Sabse pehle ek pan ko medium flame par garam karein aur usme sooji ko roast karein. Sooji ko roast karne se pehle ise dhyan se dho lein. Sooji ko tab tak roast karein jab tak uska rang halka brown na ho jaye aur aapke ghar mein mitha aroma na phailne lage.
Roasted sooji ko ek plate mein nikal lein.
Ab ek naye pan mein ghee ko garam karein aur saffron aur cardamom powder ko ismein daal kar thoda sa bhun lein.
Ab ismein sugar aur pani ko daal kar ache se milayein aur medium-high flame par garam hone dein.
Jab pani boil karne lage, usmein roasted sooji ko slowly-slowly daal kar milayein aur dheere-dheere mix karte jayein. Isko ek minute tak mix karein aur phir flame ko low kar dein.
Ab isko dhak kar 5-7 minute tak pakayein aur beech-beech mein mix karte rahein.
Kesari banane ke baad usko ek serving dish mein nikal lein aur nuts se garnish kar dein. Aap chahe to almonds, cashews, aur pistachios ka use kar sakte hain.
